Mel has worked in every facet of Public Works Construction during his 40 years in the industry. Starting his career for a large General Contractor, he moved into the role of Public Works Inspector, and now brings his extensive knowledge and skill set to our clients as Senior Inspector. Mel’s Inspection and Management skills have been endorsed by Transportation Authority Program Managers, General Engineering Area Managers, and his Public Works colleagues.  He familiarizes himself with all the relevant standards and applicable codes and works closely with City representatives to ensure they are satisfied with the end product before final acceptance.  His experience includes water, sewer and storm drain infrastructure, as well as bike and pedestrian trails, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, streetlights and various methods of pavement reconstruction and resurfacing.
